Take and bake ultimate meat pizza. Still in date, bought and cooked same day.g..had strange taste to one of the meat toppings. Thought it was the seasoning in the sausage. Ate two pieces... sick for a day and a half... only thing I had eaten.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I purchased a pre made chicken chef salad and when extremely sick with vomiting and fever, I could not keep food down since August 8 2018. Ended getting dehydrated and really weak . I was the only one who purchased the salad. I was sick in less than 6-7 hrs  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Dehydration, Weakness

I bought mustard potato salad, prepackaged, within two hours severe diahrea and vomiting lasted 18 hours followed by fever which lasted about ten hours. Never again will i shop there  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
