bought an italian sandwich with chipotle sauce, lettuce, and jalapeños at midnight, ate it at 3 am, didn’t feel well after, woke up at 6am with diarrhea, by noon i was puking, had chills, felt faint, fatigued, and nauseous, stomach was cramping nonstop. had to leave work… See more
