Ate here on a trip to the Ozarks got Dave’s double meal. Ate a burger with lettuce on it, had severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach pains, fatigue, and mild fever. Ended up sick for 3 days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Fatigue
