ordered a breakfast bacon stir and a sausage breakfast sandwich, at it at around 8:40 am. starting feeling sick by 11:00am, started throwing up profusely by 5:40 pm. it has not stopped and i’ve been throwing up bile since 7 pm. none of the food had been digested.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bile

Ate there around 3pm on March 28th. Later that night after a few hours of nausea and pain, I began to throw up and could not even stomach water. I should add it was the only thing I ate that day. Very lucky I didn’t have to go to ER.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other

My wife and I ate at 10:00pm and we woke up at 5:50am with nausea it is already 6:33 and we are still vomiting, I am 100% sure it was the nuggets I thought they were cold but they were really my wife ate a little more than me and she is the one who is worse #vomitos #náuseas #wendys  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
