My wife and I ate at 10:00pm and we woke up at 5:50am with nausea it is already 6:33 and we are still vomiting, I am 100% sure it was the nuggets I thought they were cold but they were really my wife ate a little more than me and she is the one who is worse #vomitos #náuseas #wendys  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

4 for $4 included chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. Became extremely ill hours after eating it. Had not eaten anything else that day. Eventually vomitted it all back up but still felt terrible after.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got a Dave’s double and a cup of chili from this location on 3/23/22. A few hours after eating, I had cramps, then diarrhea, vomiting, chills, dehydration, and a headache.
