This is the second time I get sick from here. I ordered a 4 for $4 (the only thing I ever order) with nuggets and a burger. I didn’t make it to the burger because after eating the nuggets I was soo incredibly nauseous. It has been about 6-7 hours and I still feel sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea
