at around 5 i waited in line for 45 minutes they forgot half of my order paid full price they only gave us nuggets i usually eat bbq sauce this time i used ranch my whole face went numb and i got very sick i am still sick it 11:40 i dont know when this will go away  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

About four hours ago I had the spicy chicken combo with a sweet tea. Thirty minutes ago, I laid down for bed and started feeling hot and nauseous; my A/C is on 69. I’m shaking from how bad I feel right now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Shaking
