I ate chicken nuggets from Wendy’s and now I have really bad cramping and feel nauseous, It was about 4-5 hours later. I started feeling cramps in my stomach, then they got severe. I ran to bathroom and had diarrhea. I went to lay down and felt so nauseous  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Diarrhea

I bought a large fry and vanilla sundae and two hrs later my stomach was just having these terrible pains and i had to end up throwing up and i see the food, It’s been going on for two hrs now, i purchased the food around 12pm  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Chilli cheese fries made me sick 6 hours after eating them. In the first few hours I was puking and having diarrhea at the same time. The vomiting stopped but the diarrhea continued, I got dehydrated and later that day I became dehydrated and it was difficult to keep anything down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
