I had a #2 combo, burger with fries, symptoms set in a few hours with nausea the the diarrhea and vomiting. I was in bed for the rest of the evening and into this morning. I am still having stomach diarrhea. My body feels very week and sore all over.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate Friday or Saturday April 13/14. Split a number two with husband and I added a Caesar side salad. Tuesday became violently ill with diarrhea, vomiting, aches all over, fever. Still sick and unable to really eat more than last or crackers. Be did not become ill.… See more

Bought chicken asiago meal for lunch. A couple of hours after eating meal I felt nausious and had to go to the bathroom several times. My son had a chicken sandwich and said he threw up. Wondering if the lettuce is bad. Saw on the news romaine lettuce ecoli outbreak. Dont know if Wendys affected.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
