I went to Wendy’s on geer road in turlock on the 4th of January and got a salad, grilled chicken wrap and my friend got a double stack meal. I got a bad headache, diarrhea and other stuff. Will never eat there anymore.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache

Something just seemed wrong with the chili yesterday and I even mentioned it to a coworker when I was eating it. It was watery, a lot more meat than usual and two brown beans, temp was not very hot. Amd it just went down hill last night… See more

Within 20 minutes of eating a Wendy's asiago chicken sandwich experienced Knife like pains in my stomach followed quickly by hours of continuous vomiting and soon followed by diarrhea. Just miserable!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
