My son and daughter ate Wendy’s Chicken nuggets at about 1300 today Wednesday, December 20th. At about 1630 my son started vomiting and had diarrhea as well. At about 1730 my daughter started vomiting as well. It is now 2000 and my son has vomited about 15… 更多

11:00 左右去吃午饭，点了一个 #9 烤鸡肉三明治，大约一个小时后，我感觉胃里很奇怪，抽筋不好。然后开始呕吐、腹泻和发烧。不得不提早离开工作然后不断停下来呕吐。我从疾病中脱水得太多了，我不得不去急诊中心去取液体。这次体验之后我再也不会在这里吃饭了。

Last night I came over to my boyfriend's parents' place because they live close to O'Hare and I was flying out this morning. I wasn't able to fly because between 11pm and 3am I was throwing up with diarrhea and dry heaving. I couldn't possibly fly and I wasn't able to get a ticket refund either.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

The only thing I ate today (12/17/2017) at 12:30 pm was Wendy's value meal #1 the Daves single patty burger with lettuce, tomato and onion. Fries, an order of the Baconator fries and a diet Coke. By 10:00 pm I experienced watery diarea and queeziness that lasted untill the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
