I had a pasta salad and immediately I felt a pang in my stomach, then I woke up at 4a later in the night and started vomiting and had the runs like 4 times. The next morning feel extremely weak.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

Stopped by Whole Foods for lunch at the salad bar. I had a mixture of things so I can't pinpoint what it was exactly but 30 mins after I was done eating I started feeling nauseous followed by the runs 6 times.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

After eating guacamole had a terrible food poisoning. A few days ago bought another package from a different Whole Foods in Manhattan, and that one was 1 week old! A terrible service indeed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Daughter complained of stomach pain after eating cut watermelon and chicken wings from buffet. She woke up at 4am vomitting. I ate the chicken wings also and did not get sick so I am assuming the watermelon was contaminated.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
