My boyfriend and I got sick after eating fresh linguine from the Whole Foods in Bryant Park. I didn’t really know pasta could go back but I have been in terrible gastric distress since eating this pasta last night for dinner. Extreme gas, bloating, and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Bloating

I ate sesame seed tofu, orzo salad and tabouli salad. After progressive indigestion, I severely vomited during the middle of the night up to 3 times in 6 hours. No fever. No chills. Felt better in less than 24 hours, but was pretty tired and wiped out. Definitely from food.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills, Fever, Migraine, Indigestion

A friend and I ate lunch on Oct 11th at the Wholefoods cold prepared food salad bar. We both became sick the next morning. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital where I stayed for 2 days. It's day 14 and I am still very sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
