I had eaten at chipotle over the weekend and ever since I’ve been feeling like complete crap and I’ve had diarrhea for two whole days. Not fun. I’m going to the doctor tomorrow

上周 7 月 12 日星期三午餐吃了鸡肉卷饼。周四有严重的胃痛、腹泻和呕吐，以至于我无法正常工作。症状一直持续到昨天 17 日星期一。

我在 7/5 上午 11 点 30 分左右吃了一个素食碗。7/6 的早晨，我有可怕的胃痉挛和腹泻。我大约 3 天没能保留任何食物。我终于去看医生了，因为我每天至少有 5 次腹泻！
