Ate a barbarcoa burrito bowl around 12:30. Had to leave work at 5 because I threw up twice out of nowhere. Nauseous and vomiting unable to keep anything down until midnight or so. Still extremely nauseous this morning. Never eating chipotle again.

我的儿子、妻子和我昨晚去了 Chipotle 的。我们给 6 岁的孩子买了一顿小孩饭（白米饭、平托豆和牛排）。我得到了一个牛排卷饼碗，里面有平托豆、白米饭、格栅蔬菜、酸奶油和奶酪。食物味道还可以，肉似乎有点干，当我们脱下时，我感到臃肿。

I order a veggie bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn, tomatoes and cheese. After an hour, my stomach was in intense discomfort. Went to the bathroom had diarrhea. Now I am very nauseous. Won't be going there for a LONG time
