Had a bowl with white rice, chicken, black beans, guac, sour cream and lettuce. Immediately after eating horrible stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

First and last time eating there! Had chicken burrito with veggies, corn and fresh salsa. Also had chips, queso and guacamole. Only ate half of burrito and 3 bites of beans. Drove 30 minutes home and within 10 minutes was violently ill - vomiting and diarrhea.
