吃 Burrito 碗吃午餐，加上牛排平托豆、奶酪、生菜玉米和辣椒以及温和的酱料。因为 Diarrhea，我回家的时候需要洗手间，然后大约一个小时后再次。现在恶心和肚子。再也不会了！

Had the steak white rice bowl with mild and medium salsa, sour cream, corn, lettuce, & cheese. within the hour was feeling very nauseous. Had small case of diarrhea a few hours later.
