On Saturday 5/11/2119 I had a steak bowl with black beans rice sour cream cheese and guacamole. Within an hour had diarrhea and vomiting.

Chipotle burrito, Had not eaten much as I am a manager at a local retailer. Ate the burrito approximately 5:00pm. Started to feel nauseous about an hour later. By 7:00, I had violently vomited and felt horrible. I've had diarrhea for the last 10 hrs as well. I never vomit.

Chipotle, I ate the steak salad and my stomach rumbled and churned the rest of the day. I had horrible diarrreah and puked later on in the day.
