Ate a burrito here with rice beans guacamole lettuce and salsa. Started vomiting and having diarrhea within 2 hours. Still recovering and it’s been 12 hours already

On 11/19th I ordered crispy chicken tacos with chicken, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. Also bought a side of chips and guacamole. I ate at 7:30 pm and at 1:30am I woke up because my stomach hurt and I had the runs. I constantly had…

Had chipotle for late lunch, 3pm, around 9 pm had the instant urge to get up from the couch and run to the bathroom to throw up everything in my stomach. Went back to bed for a couple hours and had to do it again. And again.…
