25 年 10 月 21 日星期二：买了一个鸡肉碗，里面装有白米饭、黑豆和几乎所有的配料+queso。下午 12 点左右吃了，到了晚上 10 点，我整晚都在呕吐和生病，体温波动和腹泻。最严重的情况持续了大约 10 个小时，但体温波动和周期性恶心持续了至少 24-48 小时。
