My husband got the exact same thing as me but he didn't get sick b/c he asked for the peppers on the side for our toddler (thank goodness she was sleeping when he got home). So it seems that it was the grilled peppers.

4/30 晚餐吃了一个鸡肉卷饼碗。自从半夜我呕吐以来我的胃一直生病了。我仍然病得很厉害，几乎无法去洗手间，因为我累了，身体已经枯竭了。胃痛令人恐惧。

My husband and I both are ill after getting Chipotle (Grand Ave, Oakland) on Sunday, March 25th. I was apprehensive given all of their issues, but it was the only place open at 9pm on a Sunday. I’m now boarding a flight for work, and have had to excuse myself several times because I feel so sick.

Ate at Chipoltle tonight. Within 4 hours my son and sister in law were sick after eating beef tacos and a veggie burrito.
