Food was consumed today. Had a bowl with rice, beans, grilled vegetables, guacamole, pico de galle and lettuce. Been vomiting for a few hours now, both myself and my wife. More concerned about our 1 year old that also consumed the same food.

我在下午 4 点 30 分左右吃了一个鸡肉卷饼碗，凌晨 3 点左右醒来，胃痛、恶心和发烧令人难以置信。由于腹泻和呕吐多次去洗手间。我之所以建立联系，是因为大约 10 天前我有了另一个鸡肉卷饼肠时出现了类似的症状！当时，我只是以为自己生病了。现在，我知道是 Chiptole！
