我昨天唯一吃的就是下午 1 点。晚上 9 点我第一次出现呕吐/腹泻发作。晚上 9 点至上午 10 点之间每 30 分钟我就会呕吐并出现腹泻。从晚上 9 点至下午 2 点开始出现寒战和汗水，直到我服用医生处方的药物。
我吃了牛排，我姐姐吃了鸡肉而且她没事。

I had a steak bowl with everything but beans. I went to bed a few hrs after eating. I woke up at about 1240 am throwing up sweating like crazy this was 4 days ago I'm still pretty messed up

Ate a bowl with white rice black beans carnitas sour cream and cheese. Only one in my family to eat there yesterday only one in my family throwing up all day today.

Ate a chipotle bowl with rice steak pinto beans and cheese. A few hours later I was up from probably midnight until 3 pm this afternoon with symptoms

8 月 7 日星期一，我和另外两位女士共进午餐。我们在 12:15 订购了取件，我在 12:45 左右吃了。我有一个牛排/肉饼碗、黑豆、热莎莎、酸奶油、奶酪、生菜和薯条。直到那天晚上 6:45-7 点左右我感觉还不错。我开始抽筋，以为只是胃部有点不适，然后我开始腹泻、呕吐、出汗和发冷，然后发烧。我生病了两天。我无法保留任何东西。我一喝了水，它马上就回来了。我不得不错过工作，这与我非常不同。

Ate a chicken bowl with white rice, fajitas, chicken, corn, lettuce at around 7:30. About midnight, throwing up and coughing. Felt sick to my stomach. Next day had nausea and was shaking. Went to ER and was hospitalize for 2 days and pumped full of different antibiotics.…
