The only thing I ate yesterday was this at 1pm. I had my first vomit/diarrhea episode at 9pm. Every 30 minutes between 9pm-10am I vomited and had diarrhea. Chills and sweats were present from 9pm-2pm, until I took medication prescribed by a doctor.
