I got lunch with 2 other ladies I work with on Monday 8/7. We ordered for pick up at 12:15 and I ate around 12:45. I got a steak/carnitas bowl, black beans, hot salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce and chips. I felt fine until around 6:45-7pm that evening. I started cramping and thought it was just a slight upset stomach, then I started with diarrhea, vomiting, sweating & chills and a fever. I was sick for 2 days. I couldn't keep anything down. As soon as I drank water, it came right back up. I had to miss work which is very unlike me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
