Ordered white rice, black beans, steak, sauce, sour cream, and lettuce. Glass of water. Within 2 hours...severe diarrhea. I've that exact same meal many times before without a problem. This time though...it made me sick.

Ate on Saturday March 11, both the wife and I got a chicken burrito with white rice, lettuce, black bean, cheese sour cream. I got green chili she got guacamole and on sunday we both came down with the same symptoms.

I had a burrito which tasted great at about 10pm. I then started vomiting violently at 5:00am. This was the only meal I had for 14 hours so I can't be anything else. This required a hospital visit as I had burst many vessels in my face and eyes.
