Guacamole must’ve done it, the color was darker than usual after 2-3 bites in. Threw up all night, have a fever this morning and felt nauseous throughout. Never again.

星期五下午 1 点左右吃了一个沙拉碗，里面装有鸡肉，黑豆和斑豆，辣椒，玉米，酸奶油，中度和中等酱汁... 下午 5 点左右，我开始感到恶心。整个晚上我都在呕吐，然后发冷，然后变热然后发冷。前一天我没出去，在症状出现之前什么也没吃过。早上... 呕吐停止了但腹痛和头痛。现在好多了。不幸的是，这是食物中毒。

中午左右吃了，到 4:30 或 5 点我感觉很恶心。我服用了一些恶心药（偏头痛的处方强度），我认为这可以阻止我呕吐。剩下的时间我得了可怕的腹泻。第二天胃也很不舒服。
