我有一个 pollo asado 碗，里面有生菜、fajita 蔬菜、奶酪、玉米和酸奶油。我还喝了一杯喷泉饮料。用餐中我开始觉得很有趣，就像我有使用洗手间的冲动一样。我只吃了一半的碗（这对我来说很少见）。我一回到工作岗位，就不得不跑到洗手间，因为我的胃开始抽筋，而且我经历了腹泻。

Ate at 7:30PM on 12/21/19. Around 12am on 12/22/19 I was vomiting intensely with nausea, and then this later turned to diarrhea. The only other meal I had was at 12pm on 12/21/19, but I feel like it had to be the meal that caused this.

my nephew and I had steak bowls at noon. Both of us vomited a few times, I blacked out on the airplane and felt like I was dying at least till 4am, I was so ready to call for an ambulance. my appointment with Dr is tomorrow morning.
