Ate the salad bar with romaine lettuce, carrots, olives, balsamic, cheese and bacon. Side cup of chick pot pie. Ice cream swirl cone.

For lunch, I had a tuna salad on wheat, with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese with chips and water. The sandwich was fine at first, but about halfway through the second half the flavor changed and got a kind of spicy tang to it. I…
