吃完大约 30-45 分钟后突然出现恶心和呕吐，晚上 8 点左右吃了，许多食物看起来好像在自助餐里坐了一会儿然后变干了。我吃了长叶生菜沙拉、烤鳕鱼、胡萝卜、红皮土豆、烤豆、草莓芝士蛋糕。
