我通过门短跑订购了里斯的芝士蛋糕。我吃了一半的切片，20 分钟后我正在跑到浴室，恶心和腹部有可怕的抽筋。之后我有可怕的腹泻 10 分钟以上，我的胃痛变得更加温和但仍受伤。

早点吃晚饭。曾经炸过虾。在结束后的 1/2 小时内，我感觉就像是消化不良。我晚了 3 个半小时左右呕吐，开始抖动，腿部肌肉震颤。还有很多打嗝。
