I ate a carnitas burrito bowl with black beans, white rice, cheese, sour cream, mild salsa, guacamole and chips on 02/17/20 around 8:00 pm. Within an hour and a half after consumption, I had extreme cramping that lasted through the night and following day, diarrhea, and nausea. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
