I ate a carnitas burrito bowl with black beans, white rice, cheese, sour cream, mild salsa, guacamole and chips on 02/17/20 around 8:00 pm. Within an hour and a half after consumption, I had extreme cramping that lasted through the night and following day, diarrhea, and nausea.

Ordered the bowl Sunday evening Feb 12 2017 and around 11pm started getting stomach cramps. I was up every hr from then on with awful diarrhea. Symptoms still persist the next day. I will never eat in a Chipotle again.

I ate at this Chipotle location on Friday, January 15 at 12:30pm. I had a veggie bowl with no rice, black beans, fresh salsa, cheese and lettuce. No meat. I was awake all night and vomited at least 20 times. I lost 5 lbs yesterday, which was not desirable. Chipotle is dead to me.
