- comments: observed walk in cooler at 70. 9f with tcs foods stored inside. A held for inspection tag placed on unit. Once repaired fax or email letter when ready. Must have cold holding unit at 41. 0f or below. (cos) (priority 7-38-005)

- comments: observed an appx. "1/2" gap along bottom corners of south & north parking lot and garbage door. Must make doors tight fitting.

- comments: must replace missing front upper panels on both ice machines to prevent contamination.

- comments: must repair or replace damaged door gasket on walk in cooler and reach in cooler #2,missing door panel on mc cafe prep cooler,ice machine in basement door panel in poor repair.

- comments: must clean debris build up from fryers ,unused 2- door prep cooler,ice build up in #2- reach in freezer/cooler near cooking equipment.

- comments: must repair or replace leaky pipe at 3/2 compartment sink.

- comments: must provide a garbage can with lid in women's toilet room.

- comments: observed outside garbage dumpster lid in poor repair and not tight fitting. Lid is damaged and broken leaving an appx. "4-6" gap. Must repair or replace for lids to be tight fitting. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)

- comments: must repair or replace damaged ,broken and loose wall bases in rear drive thru area. Must grout floor on cook line under equipment.
