I had romaine salad with chicken, Only I had this salad. One companion had steak but did bot get ill. Did not eat romaine or chicken. Symptons started in bed after midnight  came on  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I believe it was a Grub Hub delivery. A power bowl with steak, extra black beans and cheese, I ate it at 8:30pm 11/17/19. I began feeling ill around 10 am 11/18/19. I began vomiting. had 103.0 degree fever, stomach pain and watery diarhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐, 头痛, 胃痛
