the food was not warm and the waitress was cold as ice to us and the egg rolls had a old taste ..they wouldn't take the food back and tried to cheat us on the bill by not listing what the prices were ,,don't eat there boy were we sick from those egg rolls  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Food at Cafe Rio, I ate the shredded beed tostada about 1:30 yesterday. My symptoms started around 5. Got very nauseated, began vomiting and had diarrhea all night. It was the only thing i ate yesterday  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

I went to olive garden and had the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and hours later, i feel really nauseous and have diarrhea, I came home around 5 pm and i ate around 3/4 pm and i was feeling sick but it wasn’t bad then i took a nap and i woke up and now am feeling very sick  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Not sure golden corral food, We were having a birthday party there and I had 5 large shrimp some fried oakra a a small hadfull of popcorn shrimp two bites of banana pudding and half cup of red jello not sure if anyone at the party got sick I felt sick about 15 mins after eating .  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

On 03/20/19 I ate Taco Bell. I ordered a Mexican Pizza no Beef, 2 Supreme Tacos no Beef and they were made right when we ordered. They looked very fresh... but an hour and fifteen minutes later I was violently vomiting.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心
