I ate on 6/13/2018 at Taco Bell. The free tacos that day. It had meat in it. Next morning onwards, I didn’t feel good. I have been throwing up, fever and diarrhea. It’s been4 days and fever is not going normal.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2018 年 6 月 15 日星期五，我们去了橄榄园吃饭。进食后数小时内，我就生了严重的病，严重的抽筋，大便里有血的腹泻，呕吐，发冷和严重的头痛。因为我病得很重而且无法保持任何东西，所以不得不去 ER。他们做了一次猫扫描，以确保没有其他罪魁祸首导致我的粪便中的血液，没有。食物中毒是诊断。

几天前我去这里吃了 mabye 然后我吃了 3 个没有奶酪和生菜的硬壳炸玉米饼（只有肉和硬壳）、frijoles 和大米。吃完所有食物后，我立刻感到恶心，一无所有就把它丢掉了。我以为是那天早些时候我喝的苏打水对我的胃不好，但是已经有一段时间了，我仍然因恶心、发冷、疲劳、头痛和腹部疼痛而感到恶心。
