我吃了以前吃过的培根和奶酪汉堡（牛肉）。在我生日前的这个特殊场合，我清晨醒来时有轻微的腹泻、严重的腹胀/胃痛和恶心。我在床上度过了生日，试用了家庭疗法后开始感觉好些。第二天我有偏头痛，决定睡觉，不要继续补救措施。到了晚餐，这次我被同样的症状打倒了，恶心得多了。我认为这是大肠杆菌，因为 Grilld 并不总是煮汉堡，而且在我的朋友圈中，这个出口因食物中毒而闻名。

at 12,30 ate pork belly and around 4 hours later started to feel sick. A couple of hours had one severe bout of vomiting and then went to bed. In the morning feeling well but a bit washed out. Will have plenty of water.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
