晚上 11 点 40 分左右吃了青少年汉堡。2 点左右开始感到不安。大约在那时腹泻。已经呕吐了三次，最后一次在凌晨 3 点左右剧烈呕吐。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

January 21, 2020. Had large Chicken Salad for lunch. Woke up at 2am diarrhea and nauseaus and headache. Didn't feel well until about noon the next day. My son had the same lunch and he was violently I'll as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 头痛

On my way back to the shop I stopped there. I ordered a chicken wrap with fries.

About three hours later I experienced what ought to be the worse night of my life. With me being bed ridden and multiple trips to the bathroom, holding a bucket and stuck on the toilet....
