星期六下午 6:30 左右，我吃了做得很好的美味牛肉河粉汤和蔬菜春天的角色。我去睡觉了。
周日早上醒来时肚子里有严重的抽筋，我丈夫说我从盗汗中浸湿了。我有腹泻、胃痉挛并且在呕吐。然后是寒冷和潮热，以及心悸。从周日早上 8 点到周一凌晨 12 点，我经历了呕吐。我几乎无法入睡，我还在经历恶心、寒冷和潮热，现在是星期一早上 10 点 15 分左右。

I went to grab a strawberry banana smoothie, my usual. But after 2-3 hrs the food poisoning starts and i cant even go to work today because of that, I am the only one got sick, it started after 2-3 hrs from drinking that smoothie  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻
