3 月 7 日大约 12:30 和我的女朋友一起吃了早午餐。她有一个早餐三明治我得到了烟熏三文鱼本尼迪克特。她很好，但是大约 3 个小时后我胃部严重不适。然后我开始腹泻大约 10 个小时，6 小时后呕吐。呕吐发生大约 8 个小时后停止后，我继续出现腹泻以及发烧和头痛。大约 48 小时后症状消失。
