我儿子在 7 月 12 日星期五 5 点半左右吃了玛格丽塔披萨。我儿子说从一开始就味道不对。大约 6 小时后，开始出现严重的胃痛和抽筋，持续到整个晚上，还有腹泻，这种情况仍在发生 7 月 13 日星期六的第二天早上。

晚餐时我有鸡肉条和薯条。我得到的那部分是温暖的而不是热的。薯条有点潮湿，中间有点硬，好像没有煮熟一样。鸡肉条也没煮熟，里面看起来很湿。吃饭前我洗过手。这是我晚上吃的最后一件东西。我跟我丈夫说薯条还没煮熟，只有我，另一方还有另一种食物选择。两个小时。胃部不适、严重的胃痉挛、腹泻持续到第二天

我有 VIP 晚餐和看电影。我选择了脆皮的小萝，鸡肉停止沙拉，然后我们有一个大爆米花和黄油。我不知道那是哪一个，但是几个小时后我无法停止弹丸呕吐，并且有严重的恶心和抽筋，而且我无法直接站起来走路。还有很大的头痛，发抖和发烧。

我和妻子像往常一样在这里见朋友。我是唯一一个在下午 1 点左右订购番茄红辣椒汤的人。太阳。7 月 7 日。大约下午 1 点 45 分，还在餐厅的时候我开始发冷 —— 冻结了很长时间，无法控制地发抖，呼吸急促。我妻子带我去了医院，途中寒意还在恶化。他们把我带到 Emerg。几分钟后我开始猛烈呕吐，把 barf 托盘装满 4 次，然后把它全部塞在我的衬衫、裤子和地板上。我开始感觉好些，能感觉到一股温暖的浪潮又回到了我的身体，在 15 分钟之内，寒意就完全消失了。他们继续进行测试，并对74岁的心脏/中风进行了一些检查和预防措施，并检查了我的慢性阻塞性肺病，我一直在补充水分，6小时后出院时可能有食物中毒和一点肺炎，我得到了药物。
我去了维多利亚医院伦敦卫生中心急诊室。800专员路东
今天早上 9 点，我去威廉姆斯那里告诉经理我是常客，并告知我昨天的磨难，并确保他们把那汤除掉，这样没人能得到。
