2019 年 2 月 8 日，我吃了一个带红薯薯条的超越肉类汉堡。我已经吃了很多次这个汉堡没有任何问题。我在下午 4 点买了汉堡，晚上 9 点之前我正在把它吐出来。我多次呕吐，一夜之间出现腹泻和发烧，直到第二天（高达 39.5）。第二天我上床睡觉时发冷、身体疼痛、脱水和 130 年代的心跳！我什至不能喝水，因为我也会把水吐出来。食物中毒在素食汉堡中并不常见，所以我怀疑是厨师用牛肉饼交叉污染了它，或者可能是生菜或西红柿！非常不负责任，我不会再在这里吃饭了。

Ate pizza at Costco and drank their limonade Brisk, felt sick on the way home, then got very sick. The table was obvious dirty. Ustensiles and condiments like beverage cups anyone can touch them. Low food hygene is obvious! Will never eat at Costco again!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Around 7 pm on Monday, October 3, 2016, I ate a ham sandwich from Subway with gluten-free bread, garnished with all the vegetables and with mayonnaise. Got very sick around 3 am the morning after, followed by heavy cramping in the afternoon for a few hours. Vomitting and diarhea lasted for 2.5 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋
