I had chicken deluxe for lunch after maybe 30 mins later my stomach was hurting been in and out the bathroom with diarrhea. I didn’t think of it then I had one again for dinner and now im in and out the bathroom diarrhea. I’m the only one that is sick ?  | 症状: 腹泻

我和我的朋友在星期五吃午饭。周日晚上，我们俩都有极度的胃痛，然后整天都有腹泻，恶心，发烧，全身疼痛，肌肉疼痛和疲惫。现在是星期二早上，我们俩还在处理胃痛。他还有腹泻。我最终在星期一错过了一天的工作，那是我无法收回的工资。食物中毒是最严重的。

I ordered the chicken sandwich for dinner just before 6:00pm on Monday September 16th. Had difficulty sleeping all night due to stomach cramps but tried to ignore them because I was exhausted. Finally was forced out of bed at 5:45am because I was too sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

Ate cheese burger, chili cheese nachos, lemonade, fries and jalapeno burger, felt sick 2 hours after. Starting with nausea and diarrhea, vomiting, muscle aches and fever ongoing  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
