我儿子在 7 月 12 日星期五 5 点半左右吃了玛格丽塔披萨。我儿子说从一开始就味道不对。大约 6 小时后，开始出现严重的胃痛和抽筋，持续到整个晚上，还有腹泻，这种情况仍在发生 7 月 13 日星期六的第二天早上。

晚餐时我有鸡肉条和薯条。我得到的那部分是温暖的而不是热的。薯条有点潮湿，中间有点硬，好像没有煮熟一样。鸡肉条也没煮熟，里面看起来很湿。吃饭前我洗过手。这是我晚上吃的最后一件东西。我跟我丈夫说薯条还没煮熟，只有我，另一方还有另一种食物选择。两个小时。胃部不适、严重的胃痉挛、腹泻持续到第二天

我有 VIP 晚餐和看电影。我选择了脆皮的小萝，鸡肉停止沙拉，然后我们有一个大爆米花和黄油。我不知道那是哪一个，但是几个小时后我无法停止弹丸呕吐，并且有严重的恶心和抽筋，而且我无法直接站起来走路。还有很大的头痛，发抖和发烧。

Ate a burrito. Only thing I ate different than my husband. Next day started feeling I'll. The next day horrible diarrhea head ache cramps nausea. Tues at 5 am husband too me to hospital. 2 liters iv fluid and some I've meds. Now wed afternoon and still… 更多
