instore 现成的鸡肉在我订购一些时候，熟食助理刚从油炸锅中取出碎的鸡翅。在回家的路上，我会进入一块作品才能发现它完全是原始的。我立即回到商店，在经理在场的情况下向他们解释了一切。他们拿走了鸡，我收到了退款。然后，我通过电话联系了客户服务部门并举报了。稍后有人打电话给我说他接受了调查。事件发生在周四晚上 1:30 左右。2020 年 2 月 15 日星期六今天下午 2 点，我因恶心和严重眩晕而不堪重负。我无法在不摇晃的情况下走路（仍然是这种情况），我遇到了困惑，迷失方向，无法抬起头部，也无法保持平衡。有人寻求医疗援助并呼吁照顾我。我的血压下降了，有人告诉我有食物中毒。目前我无法在不失去平衡的情况下移动，我被告知要服用抗生素来杀死细菌。我现在有 diarreah 和呕吐。清单花了 24 小时。差不多几个小时了。我对这个位置有什么追索权？

Asian noodles from there 2 got sick. Diahhrea for 5 days, hospitalized in 6th day after I started vomitting while I had diarrhea. I was severely dehydrated  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 脱水
