I ate the grilled chicken vermicelli with spring rolls, first i felt my stomach was unsettled for 2 days, then the next morning I felt so sick that I couldn't get out of bed. Then when I finally got out of bed, I started vomiting and having diarrhea non-stop.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
