17-year-old female ate Chicken Power Bowl salad purchased evening of 4/27/19. She ate it immediately and immediately felt ill. She vomited and had explosive diarrhea. Salad contained chicken, lettuce, grain and tomatoes.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Ate lunch at Chipotle Mexican Grill. About 1 hour after finishing meal got got diarrhea. I’m still having diarrhea 8 hrs after my 1pm meal., Not sure if the friend I ate with got sick also. Diarrhea started about an hour after completing meal  | 症状: 腹泻

我买了一个大奶酪披萨，里面有蘑菇和牛肉馅料，还有一瓶芬达。大约 3 个小时后我开始感到恶心，我的胃也很腹胀。睡觉后我不得不醒来然后呕吐两次。我目前有头晕、头痛、关节痛、胃痛和腹泻。
