此次召回是由多乐为 H-E-B 制造的 H-E-B 品牌托斯卡纳香草沙拉套装中可能未申报的过敏原（花生、小麦、大豆和坚果）造成的。沙拉生产过程中无意中使用了不正确的 Masterpack（包含调味料和其他浇头的套装）。迄今为止，尚未报告任何疾病或过敏反应。但是，对花生、小麦、大豆和树坚果过敏的人如果食用这些产品或含有上述过敏原的产品，则可能会产生严重或威胁生命的过敏反应。

Crab legs with shrimp and lobster tail. Extreme diarrhea on a day and a half every-time I eat or drink something.  Diarrhea a few hours after I ate it. All through let night and still today. I am the o lot one that got sick, I was the o my one who ate this meal  | 症状: 腹泻
