我在晚上 8 点 45 分左右说我的饭。我订购了一只 1/2 只全白鸡肉，里面有土豆泥、肉汁和青豆。我吃了大约 2/3 的饭然后在晚上 9 点之后就吃完了。到凌晨 3 点，每 15 分钟就会出现严重的胃痛和腹胀，腹泻一次。呕吐从早上 8 点左右开始，一直持续到中午左右。完全疲惫和疲劳感。

I had the guacamole for 5/24:2019 at 4:30pm and vomited at 11:30pm. My wife and I ate everything the same except for the guacamole and she was fine. I love this place but I’m mad about this.  | 症状: 呕吐

Only thing I had all day was the chicken pecan salad. Had it for dinner, all the classic symptoms of food poisoning ensued that night into the following morning-vomiting, nausea, fever, diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我妻子和我去了麦当劳在 4 月 22 日，下午 6 点 15 分。我们订购了一个四分之一磅的奶酪，麦克双平原，没有奶酪，大型可乐和 2 个大型薯条。我吃了四分之一磅，一个鱼苗，并有一些可乐。我妻子吃了麦克双，一个鱼苗，喝了可乐。虽然在驱动器通过，我们收到了一个中等可乐，而不是一个大。我们把它还给了员工，当时我的妻子看到员工从我们给他的杯子中喝一口。我们没有看到他做了什么与饮料之后。4 月 23 日凌晨 3 点，我醒了肚子疼。我一直疼痛，直到凌晨 4 点，这是当我开始呕吐。我每半小时呕吐一次到一个小时，直到上午 8 点，当我能够与 MDLive 医生交谈。她诊断了我的食物中毒，并给了我一个处方 Zofran，这结束了呕吐。我妻子也受到食物中毒，整天都有可怕的胃痛。
